ABOUT
Hi, I'm Jim. I'm an illustrator from Derby, based in Newcastle, U.K
With almost 10 years of experience, I have worked with a range of different clients from record labels and music production companies, to breweries, schools and university researchers.
Having an early interest in comic books, my style centres around the line drawing, I tend to couple this with muted colour palettes and grainy overlays to create my illustrations. I work with traditional and digital media, usually producing the line drawing with ink, and using digital techniques to add colour and texture.
